I just received my product. Why is the water tank wet?
The water droplets are clean distilled water left behind when the factory performed Quality Control testing on the product.
How long does it take to pre-heat Handheld Garment Steamer for ironing clothes?
Approximately 45 seconds. A blue indicator will light up to signal that it is pre-heating. Please start ironing only when the Steamer is fully heated.
Can Handheld Garment Steamer be used when rotated 180°?
Handheld Garment Steamer cannot be used upside down since the pump will not be able to draw water.
I cannot get the Garment Steamer to completely flatten and remove wrinkles from my clothing. How should I fix it?
Straighten and pull the clothing for a bit to create tension. Discharge steam repeatedly to the area in question while pressing with the Garment Steamer at the same time.
What is the temperature of the steam emitted by the Garment Steamer?
The steam emitted by the Garment Steamer can reach up to 160 °C, effectively killing germs.
