How shall I book a repair appointment?
Please take your small appliances to Unit B, G/F, Sunshine Kowloon Bay Cargo Centre, 59 Tai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon. No appointment is needed. As for large appliances, please call +852 2333 6249 or register at http://www.germanpool.com/eng/repair/ to book an appointment.
I have lost my receipt. Will I still be able to enjoy the 1-year warranty?
You can still enjoy the 1-year warranty as long as you have registered for the service. Attention: Since the receipt is absent, the 1-year period will be counted starting from the manufacture date as we are unable to trace the date of purchase.

How to go to the Repairs & Customer Service Centre?
From Kowloon Bay railway station, take exit A for Telford Plaza I, reach podium, turn left, then pass through Telford Plaza II and the affiliate car park, and take the escalator to reach ground level. Walk along Tai Yip Street (away from MTR Kowloon Bay Depot) for about 5 minutes, past Siu Yip Street and Sheung Yee Road, and you should arrive at Sunshine Kowloon Bay Cargo Centre.
My free warranty has expired. Can I still have my products repaired?
Yes, you can still enjoy the repair service. However, repair fees will be charged depending on the circumstances.
What is the warranty policy of the German Pool E-store (Hong Kong orders)?
Customers shall choose either return the product in person or by courier service in the first 7 days of purchase. Customers will be responsible for the shipment charges. Maintenance service is free of charge. During the free warranty period (after 7 days of purchase), customers will be responsible for the shipping charges. Maintenance service is free of charge. After the warranty period expires, shipping and maintenance service charge will apply to any repair of products undertaken by German Pool.
