Different types of milk, for example, UHT long life, semi-skimmed milk and whole milk, produce different frothing results. Adjust the amount of milk used accordingly. Do not put other ingredients (e.g. coffee and sugar) into the jug or the excess sugar may lead to overheating. You may put these ingredients into a cup and pour in hot milk afterwards.
There is some burnt milk froth inside the jug. How to avoid?
After you have poured the milk froth, please clean the residue as soon as possible to prevent them from sticking to the inside of the jug.
