What is the use of the different accessories?
The Mite Exterminator is designed for main mite habitats such as home or car seats and bedding. The 2-in-1 Retractable Nozzle cleans dust-prone surfaces and narrow gaps, while the Vacuum Nozzle handles crevices and food crumbs.
How should I clean the dust cup and its components?
DO NOT soak the dust cup assembly in water. DO NOT wash HEPA filter with water. Dust cup, filter cover must be completely air dried before use.
What should I note about the built-in lithium battery?
In order to meet the requirements of transportation safety, the factory only charges the product to approx. 30% battery power. It is recommended to charge the product for more than 4 hours before using it for the first time. This will prolong the battery life.
How often does the HEPA filter needs to be changed?
Once in every 6 months.
How often do I need to clean the bed with the anti-mite vacuum cleaner?
A weekly cleaning routine can keep dust mites away from beds.
How long can the Anti-mite Cleaner function cordlessly?
It has a 25-minute run time.
The Anti-Mite UV Sterilizing Cleaner suddenly shuts down while operating. Why?
It is because the filter is blocked, causing the motor to overheat. The overheat protection device is activated, resulting in the sudden shut down. Let the appliance cool down and clean the HEPA filter with a small brush. Then, restart the appliance.
