Do I have to pre-charge the Sterilizer Bag?
The Sterilizer Bag is not chargeable. Connect to power using USB cable (supplied).
Is the Steriliser Bag waterproof?
The Steriliser Bag is not air-tight and contains electric circuits. Do not immerse in water.
What items can be sterilised by the UV+Ozone Steriliser Bag?
Most items should do. Electronics and light-sensitive items (e.g. films) may require specific modes. Click ‘Know More’ for details.
Can I unzip the Steriliser Bag and take things out when sterilising?
You can unzip the Steriliser Bag during operation, in which case sanitisation will stop immediately.
Can I sanitise my pet with the Steriliser Bag?
Do not put any organisms (such as pets or toddlers) inside the Steriliser Bag.
How should I clean the Steriliser Bag?
A wet wipe or towel is recommended for removing visible stains. The interior cavity can be sanitised by alcohol or the UV-C and ozone function of the Steriliser Bag.
What is the metal rack that comes with the Steriliser Bag for? Can I remove it?
It is not recommended to remove the metal rack. It can elevate content so as to prevent blocking UV-C rays.
