What is the recommended height for Range Hood installation?
The recommended height for Range Hood positioning is 700±50mm from the furnace surface.
What should I pay attention to when cleaning the main unit?
It is recommended to wipe the surface of the main unit with a soft cloth. Avoid using toothpaste, hard-bristle brushes, or other abrasive tools.
Why is it necessary to clean the grease filter regularly?
Grease buildup inside the range hood may pose a fire hazard under high temperatures. Therefore, it is recommended to clean the removable grease filter at least once a month.
How does the Smart sensor safety design work?
When the glass panel detects any abnormal resistance during the closing process, it will automatically stop immediately.
What is the purpose of the "Automatic Self-Cleaning" button?
Under standby state, press the "Self-Cleaning" Key and the range hood will heat up to melt grease for 10 min. At last, the motor will be activated to dissipate the melted grease.
What should I do if the range hood starts vibrating?
