How to reduce oil leakage of my Range Hood?
Check if the oil collection cup is full. Keep the range hood running for 10 minutes after cooking. Also, clean the aluminum filter regularly.
Why do I find no oil in the oil collection cups but on the edges of the Range Hood panel?
Oil leakage occurs because the hood isn't tilted properly, preventing oil from flowing to the cup. Reinstall with back pads for slight forward tilt. Please contact a technician.
What is the function of "Self-Cleaning" Key?
Under standby state, press the "Self-Cleaning" Key and the range hood will heat up to melt grease for 10 min. At last, the motor will be activated to dissipate the melted grease. The whole process takes 11 min.
What is the function of "Booster" Key?
Press "Booster" Key and the range hood will enter the highest level of suction power - The 25th interval, Turbo Boost level. The Turbo Boost Mode will last for 3 min, suitable for deep frying and fiery stir-frying and saves the trouble of pressing "+" Key repeatedly.
How come there isn't much oil inside the oil collection cups? Does it mean that greasy fumes are not
The speed of the motor is so high that the majority of the grease has been sucked out of the house through the fumes.
The light is on but the fan/motor is not running. Why?
Remove any obstruction from the fan wheel may just solve the problem. Or if there is a burnt fuse, damaged motor or other broken part, contact a licensed technician for a repair or replacement.
There is vibration in the Range Hood. What is going on?
Vibration is often due to loose mounting or damaged turbine. Retighten the unit; if turbine is damaged, seek professional repair or replacement.
There is air return of the range hood. Why?
Air blocked by air damper at exhaust outlet causes air return.
The performance of my Range Hood does not seem to be very satisfactory. Why and how can I improve it
Your Range Hood may have been installed at a position that is too high or distant from the source of fumes. Contact a licensed technician to re-position it.
The Range Hood or its light does not turn on after I switch on the power, what should I do?
First, make sure whether the power is properly connected. If so, check and see if the light bulb needs a replacement. If the power cable is torn or not appropriately connected, contact a licensed technician to repair or replace it.
Why does my range hood operate at one speed and not at another?
Malfunction of the on/off switch or improper connection of the circuit can be the cause of this problem. Contact a licensed technician for a repair or replacement.
Why is there sounds come out from the Range Hood?
If there is "V" sound come out from Range Hood, Inspection can be arranged to check the motor.
