What is the best way to clean the Multi-Tier Steamer?
Remove and wash all accessories with soapy water and rinse with clean water; take out the filter and rinse with clean water. Wipe the steamer base with a damp cloth and dry it with a soft, dry cloth.
When using more than one steaming basket, how to better the cooking result of the Jet Steamer?
Place the food of larger amount/requiring the longest cooking time in the lower basket. When cooking meat and vegetables together, always put the meat inside the lowest basket to prevent the gravy from dripping onto other food.
Will the cooking time be shortened if I put hot water into the water tank of the Jet Steamer?
Do not fill the water tank with hot water or it may damage the product.
