Steamed Stuffed Sea Cucumber

"Soak the sea cucumbers in water until tender. Cut open and gut them.
Chop the pork into pieces. Put into the Tornado Series Professional High Speed Food Processor with the Chinese mushrooms and water chestnuts. Add seasonings. Mince by selecting Speed 2.
Coat the inside of sea cucumbers with corn starch. Stuff with minced pork. Put into the Foldable Jet Steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
When there are 10 minutes left, put in the asparagus. Arrange the ingredients on a plate after they are cooked. Create a sauce by cooking chicken stock with corn starch, pepper and sesame oil. Pour on top. Serve."
