Can I add detergents into Clear Water Tank of Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner?
To avoid blockage of pipes, detergents or disinfectant must be non-foaming. Another criterion for the choice of cleaning agent is that it must not damage the fabric.
What surfaces can Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner deep clean?
Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner can treat surfaces of sofas, curtains, chair pads, seats, car cabins, rugs and carpets, blankets, mattresses, pet beddings, other fabrics or textiles etc.
Before using the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner, is there any preparatory step?
Please charge the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner fully. Please remove excess dirt on the fabric surface. Besides, fill up the Tank for Clean Water with fresh water and make sure the Tank for Used Water is emptied prior to operation.
Can I deep clean animal fur rugs with the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner? Will pet fur hinder the action of the Fabric Cleaner?
Yes, you may deep clean fur rugs using the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner. However, if the rug is made of long animal fur, repeated use of the Fabric Cleaner may lead to blockage of pipes, so rugs made of long fur are not suitable for the Fabric Cleaner. As for pet fur on upholstery, generally speaking it will be sucked into Dirty Water Tank. Clearing it when emptying tank will ensure smooth operation of the Fabric Cleaner.
Can I use the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner on vertical, tilted or uneven surfaces?
Yes, you may use the Flexible Hose & Handheld Nozzle attachment together with the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner. Do not use the Nozzle for dry vacuum. Use the sprinkler on the main unit to wet the cleaning area first, then suck up the dirty water using the Nozzle. Or you can also use a damp cloth to wet the target area for subsequent cleaning.
How should I clean curtains with Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner?
It is recommended to take off the curtains, place on flat surface and operate the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner. This provides better suction power and cleansing effect.
Can Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner remove stains on clothes?
The Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner can treat fabric surfaces which withstand water exposure and repeated brushing.
Is there any precaution when operating the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner?
Only horizontal motion is allowed during operation. When the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner is in use, never invert the unit nor tilt it backwards/sideways. When not in use, always keep the unit in upright position to avoid spilling.
The Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner does not start even though it is connected to power. Why?
Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner is a cordless product and can only be used after being charged. It will not operate until the power is unplugged.
Can Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner remove stubborn stains? How are coffee, tea, sauce, red wine, paint, blood, grease, and deep-seated stains removed?
The sooner the stains are treated, the better the result. To clear grease stain, cleaning with water is insufficient. Suitable detergent that will not harm the fabric is needed. To clear set-in stains or heavy stains with strong colour, clean the affected area with the Cordless Upholstery Fabric Cleaner repeatedly. You may apply detergent specially formulated for the type of stain if necessary.
