Roasted Chicken Stuffed with Carrots and Mushroom

Assorted Mushrooms300 g
Carrot1
Butter30 g
Rosemarysome

Steps
1.
Mix chopped rosemary and salt with butter and spread over surface and insides of the chicken.
2.
Cut carrots into strips and dice mushrooms. Stir-fry and add salt to taste. Set aside.
3.
Stuff the chicken with carrot and mushroom. Seal opening of chicken with toothpick.
4.
Roast chicken with Speedfry Oven at 180°C for 40 min (press Sweet Potato button and adjust time), then use Custom mode to roast chicken at 190°C for 10 min till done.
