Basque Burnt Cheese Cake

INGREDIENTS
Cream Cheese (softened in room temp)250 g
Sugar60 g
Egg2 pc
Whipping Cream110 ml
Cake Flour (sifted)20 g
Steps

Preheat Auto-Spin Halogen Cooking Pot Special Edition at 200°C for 5 min. Line a 6-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Beat the cream cheese. Add sugar and mix well.
3.
Whisk in the eggs (one at a time). Add the cream and stir well.
4.
Fold in the sifted flour until well combined. Pour into the baking pan through a strainer. Tap on the table to remove bubbles.
5.
Bake in the Auto-Spin Halogen Cooking Pot Special Edition at 200°C for 30 min.
6.
Increase the temperature to 220°C and bake for another 5-10 min until it reaches the desired brownness. (Skip this step if you don't want the surface to be too burnt)
7.
After taking it out of the Auto-Spin Halogen Cooking Pot Special Edition , let it cool and put it in the refrigerator to freeze overnight.
