Basque Burnt Cheese Cake

INGREDIENTS :
Cream Cheese (softened in room temp)250 g
Sugar60 g
Egg2 pc
Whipping Cream110 ml
Cake Flour (sifted)20 g
Steps:
1.
Preheat Halogen Cooking Pot at 200°C. Line a 6-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Beat the cream cheese. Add sugar and mix well.
3.
Whisk in the eggs (one at a time). Add the cream and stir well.
4.
Fold in the sifted flour until well combined. Pour into the baking pan through a strainer. Tap on the table to remove bubbles.
5.
Bake in the Halogen Cooking Pot at 200°C for 30 min.
6.
Increase the temperature to 220°C and bake for another 5-10 min until it reaches the desired brownness. (Skip this step if you don't want the surface to be too burnt)
7.
After taking it out of the Halogen Cooking Pot, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator to freeze overnight.
