Spongy Cheese Cake

Ingredients
Cream Cheese (softened)200 g
Whipping Cream150 ml
Eggs2 pcs
Sugar60 g
Condensed Milk10 g
Cake Flour30 g
Baking Powder1/2 tsp
Vanilla Oil1/2 tsp
Icing SugarTo Taste
Steps
1.
Whisk the eggs and sugar together at high speed until they become pale yellow.
2.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.
3.
Stir the egg mixture into the cream cheese with a spatula until smooth.
4.
Add the cream and vanilla extract, beating until fully mixed.
5.
Preheat the Mini Multifunctional Steam Grill Oven to 100°C using the “Steam” setting.
6.
Combine and sift the cake flour and baking powder, then gently incorporate into the mixture with a spatula.
7.
Pour into a foil-lined cake pan, cover with foil, and bake using the “Steam” mode for 15 minutes.
8.
Uncover and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool, and finish with a dusting of non-melting icing sugar.
