Pumpkin flesh60g

Steps

Use Mini Multifunctional Steam Grill Oven, select the “steam” mode, and steam the pumpkin and carrot for 12 minutes until soft.

Use the Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender to grind oats into flour, then set aside.

Use the Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender to puree the pumpkin, and dice the carrot.

Add apple and banana to the pumpkin puree, then blend into a puree. Add diced carrot, oat flour, coconut oil, and eggs, and mix into a dough.

Preheat the Mini Multifunctional Steam Grill Oven to 180 °C. Flatten the dough to about 0.5 cm thick and use a mold to cut out shapes.

Cover the baking tray with parchment paper, arrange the shaped dough on it, and bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
7.
Once cooled, store them in a resealable bag or airtight container for enjoyment.
Tips:
TIps: To achieve a chewier texture, you can use oat flour directly instead of grinding oats.
