Steamed Ground Pork with Water Chestnuts

Lean Pork (Diced)125 g
Fatty Pork (Chopped)20 g
Water Chestnuts (Peeled and chopped)6 pcs
Chinese Mushrooms (Diced) (Optional)2 pcs

Steps
1.
First, use a Cordless Food Processor to separately chop the Chinese mushrooms and water chestnuts into small pieces.
2.
Then, use a Mini Food Processor to mince the pork into ground meat.
3.
Add seasonings to the ground pork and mix thoroughly until it becomes sticky and elastic.
4.
Add cornstarch, the chopped mushrooms and water chestnuts, and egg white. Continue stirring vigorously until the mixture becomes very sticky and bouncy.
5.
Shape the mixture into patties and place them in a Multifunctional Steak Grill. Pan-fry both sides until golden brown.
