Steps

Firstly, use an Express Egg Cooker to boil the eggs until fully cooked. Add an appropriate amount of water to the measuring cup, reaching the hard-boiled level. Once cooked, remove the eggshells and place the eggs in ice water or in the refrigerator to cool for about 15 minutes.

Put all the ingredients into Food Processor, blending until smooth. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of Food Processor.

Pour the mixture into small cups, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and garnish with strawberries for serving. If refrigerated for a few hours, the texture will become thicker and richer.
