Steps
1.
Preparation: Cut the beef into small chunks and blanch in boiling water to remove excess blood.
2.
In the Mini Pressure Cooker, bring water to a boil. Dice the tomato and carrot, then add them along with the blanched beef into the pot.
3.
After simmering for 20 minutes, add the diced potato and continue cooking until the potato is soft and the beef become tender.
4.
Add the cabbage and cook briefly until slightly softened then turn off the heat.
5.
For humans: Add a pinch of salt and enjoy the dish.
6.
For dogs: Let the stew cool slightly. Take about 1/4 of the vegetables and broth, and blend them into a smooth soup using a Professional High-speed Food Processor or a Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender . Then mix in about 1/4 of the beef (finely chopped) for a delicious doggy meal.
Tips:
Since dogs are difficult to digest the vegetable fiber, it’s important to blend the veggies and broth together to aid digestion and prevent tummy troubles.
