Cheese Crackers

Ingredients
Cheddar Cheese(grated)225g
Flour1 cup
Unsalted butter (room temperature, cubed)4 tbsp/½ stick
Salt1/2 tsp
Garlic salt1/2 tsp
Paprika (optional)a pinch
Ice water 3 tbsp
Steps

Except for the ice water, place all ingredients into a Cordless Food Processor and mix for 2 mins.

When the mixture resembles breadcrumbs, gradually add the ice water in portions, allowing the ingredients to slowly form a dough.

Remove the dough, knead it lightly by hand, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator to chill for about 1 hour.

After chilling, roll out the dough to about 3mm thickness using a rolling pin, with the plastic wrap in between. Cut into 3x3cm squares, and use a chopstick to make a hole in the center of each square.

Preheat the Mini Air-Fry Steam Grill Oven to 180°C for 2 minutes. Place the squares evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes, flip them over, and bake for another 8 minutes until golden brown.

Allow to cool before serving, or store in a vacuum-sealed container. Enjoy!
