Grilled Chicken with Fermented Red Bean Curd Sauce

Fermented Red Bean Curd Sauce

Steps

Mix fermented red beancurd with seasonings.
2.
Wash and pat dry the chicken. Coat it with fermented red beancurd. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3.
Put the chicken inside Multifunctional Steak Grill.
4.
Close the lid. Press “Roast” button. Set for 16 minutes and roast each side of the chicken for 8 minutes.
5.
Close the lid when it is done. Slice the chicken into pieces, and enjoy.
