Steamed Eggs with Century Eggs and Vermicelli

Egg mixture50g
Chicken broth100g
Century egg1pc
Salted egg1pc
Vermicelli10g
Steps
1.
Soak the vermicelli in water until soft. Drain and cut into small pieces. Dice the century egg. Boil the salted egg until cooked and then dice it. Place all the ingredients in the steaming tray.

Mix the egg mixture with chicken broth. Strain it. Pour it into the steaming tray. Cover it with a plastic wrap.
3.
Put the steaming rack into Multifunctional Steak Grill. Add water and put the steaming tray on it.
4.
Close the lid. Press “Steam” function and set for 15 minutes.
5.
Open the lid until finished, and enjoy.
