Thai Grilled Fish

Steps
1.
Clean the sea bass. Dry it. Spread the coarse salt on the fish body and fish belly. Spread a layer of oil on the fish body and sprinkle with potato starch.

Slice the lemongrass into sections until it is smashed into pieces. Cut the galanga into small bits and crush it.
3.
Put 1/3 of the herbs into the fish belly to marinate it. Use the remaining herbs to put on the 4 sides of the grill pan in Multifunctional Steak Grill. Put the sea bass. Close the lid.
4.
Set as “Grill” function for 16 minutes. Grill each side of the fish for 8 minutes.
5.
When the cooking process is completed, open the lid and it is ready to be served.
