German Pool Happy Kitchen Café & Bar has partnered with the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) to join the Care Food Incubation Scheme* .
By following the HKCSS Care Food Standard Guidelines, the café offers 11 dishes that meet the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI), making it the first restaurant in Hong Kong to provide all seven IDDSI levels, from 1 to 7EC.
