The Gerontech & Innovation Expo, Hong Kong’s largest public
education event on gerontechnology, co-organized by the Hong Kong
Special Administrative Region Government and the Hong Kong Council of
Social Service (HKCSS), will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and
Exhibition Centre. This year, German Pool is proud to make its debut at
the Expo, presenting the “Silver Generation Care” Appliance Series,
which enables seniors to enjoy safe and delicious meals while providing

We are proud to be the first restaurant in Hong Kong recognized by HKCSS as a “Seed Restaurant” offering all seven IDDSI levels (1–7EC). This initiative ensures individuals with varying degrees of dysphagia can enjoy delicious meals alongside their families—no one is left out at the dining table.
