Technical Can I open the lid mid-sterilization? Yes, you may open the lid, and sterilization will stop. Make sure the liquid inside is suitable for consumption before drinking, as the sterilization process may be unfinished. Know More
Technical Are the lids of Smart Vacuum Bottle (SVB-150) and UVC LED Sterilizing Vacuum Bottle (SVB-250) interchangeable? The two bottles feature different screw cap designs and are not interchangeable. Know More

Usage What does a purple or red light on the lid indicate? A purple light indicates sterilisation in progress, while red light indicates low battery or that the lid is not shut tight. Know More
Usage What should I do when battery charge in the lid is about to be or has been used up? Recharge with the magnetic charging cable included. Know More
Safty If the water quality indicator is green, does that mean the content is absolutely safe to drink? A green indicator icon only indicates the content is low in total dissolved solids (TDS). The content may still contain non-TDS pollutants such as bacteria and viruses. Water quality indication is for reference only. Water that has not been filtered, boiled, or that comes from unknown sources should be consumed with caution. Know More
Safty Can I directly drink the content after UVC sterilization? UVC only eliminates pathogens inside the bottle. Other soluble or solid contaminants may remain. Please apply discretion and analyze if the content is suitable for consumption, and only use UVC sterilization as an extra layer of safety measures. Know More
