Answer:
Before cleaning the Food Warmer Mat, turn off the product, unplug from the power source and allow the product to cool down completely first. DO NOT immerse or rinse the Food Warmer Mat with water. Wipe the product with a wrung-out non-abrasive soft cloth. After cleaning, let product air dry completely before storing it.
