Chicken Roll with Plum Sauce

Steps

Mince Japanese plum and add plum sauce ingredients and mix them well to prepare the plum sauce.

Shred the shiso leaves and green onion. Spread across chicken thigh meat, sprinkle the seasonings for chicken rolls, then roll up the thigh meat. Use plastic wrap to make a roll shape and tie knots on both sides to make the roll rounder and the shape more like a candy. Roll it back and forth to adjust the shape.

Place the roll in zipper bag. Place in 100°C hot water in Mini Pressure Cooker . Press 【Soup】function and set cooking time to be from around 15 minutes.

Take out the roll and immerse in ice water.
5.
Slice the Chicken Roll and place on a plate brushed with plum sauce. Ready to serve.
