Chicken in Coconut Milk with Lemongrass

Light Soy Sauce
Crush the lemongrass with a knife and cut into sections.
Marinate the chicken pieces.
Saute the lemongrass, ginger slices and lemon leaves in the preheated Auto Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker.
Put in the chicken pieces. Pan fry until fragrant.
Flip the chicken pieces to fry the other side. Add water, carrots and fish sauce.
Reduce the sauce and pour in coconut milk. Serve.
