Xmas Tree Chocolate Brownie

caster sugar/brown sugar100g
cocoa powder25g
instant coffee1 1/2 tsp

cream (whipped until smooth)80g

Steps

Soften the butter and allow the butter to soften at room temperature. Preheat the Halogen Cooking Pot to 200°C.

Set the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker to the "Boil" function.
At low heat, cook the sugar, cocoa powder, coffee powder, salt, and water until the granules dissolve. Pour out the mixture.

Add the butter to the dissolved mixture and stir until melted. Mix in the milk, sour cream, and beaten eggs.

Sift together the flour and baking soda, then add to the wet mixture. Use an electric mixer (with a dough hook attachment) to combine well. Mix with the nuts.

Pour the batter into a grilled rack on the baking paper.Bake in the Halogen Cooking Pot at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

Place white chocolate and sour cream in a glass bowl, then put it in Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker.Add water until it covers half of the bowl, select the "Chocolate" function, and melt until combined. Remove and let cool. Add food coloring and mix well. Transfer to a piping bag.
7.
Once the cake is cooled, cut it into triangular pieces. Pipe the chocolate cream on top and decorate with sugar beads.
Tips:
Avoid using too much nuts as they make it harder to bind the cake together.
