Stewed Pork Ribs with Chestnuts & Chinese Mushrooms
Chestnuts (shell removed)
Light soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Scald the mushrooms.
Marinate pork rib with light soy sauce, sugar and oil. Fry in the pan until a golden colour is shown.
Add dried mushrooms, sweetcorns, water, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook with the "Meat" mode using the IH Pressure Cooker.
Maria's tips: Pan-sear both sides of the pork rib can prevent meat juice from leaking during stewing
