"Blanch the goose feet with spring onions and ginger. Soak the fresh Chinese mushrooms in water.
Saute the goose feet using the Ultimate Rice Cooker. Toss in spring onions and ginger.
Close the lid. Select the ""Meat"" programme and stew for 35 minutes. Lastly, put in the Chinese mushrooms. Close the lid and wait until they are cooked. Arrange the goose feet and mushrooms on top of the cooked Chinese cabbage. Serve."
