Red Bean Pancake (Oil-Free Bean Paste)

Steps

Rinse and drain the red beans. Place them into the Seafood Delicacy Cooker with rock sugar and water. Select the ““SIMMER & STEW” mode and cook for 2 cycles.

After cooking, mash the red beans into a paste with a wooden spoon and set aside.

Use the Cordless 3-in-1 Hand Blender to mix flour, water, and egg until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
4.
Heat the pan over low heat using the Infrared Electric Ceramic Cooker, lightly grease it, and pour in the batter to form a pancake.
5.
Once the pancake sets, add red bean filling, fold the pancake, and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
6.
Slice and serve. Enjoy warm or after it has cooled.
