Glutinous Rice with Preserved Sausage

Preserved sausage 1 pc
Liver sausage 1pc
Dried mushrooms 3 pcs
Dried shrimps 5g
Dried scallop 10g

Steps

Soak the glutinous rice in water for 1 hour. Drain it. Soak the Chinese mushrooms until soft and slice them into small pieces. Soak the dried shrimps and scallops until they are soft. Cut the preserved sausage and liver sausage into pieces.

Add the rice and water to Mini Maifan Stone Rice Cooker, add the mushrooms, dried shrimp, and scallops. Mix well.

Put the preserved sausage and liver sausage on top.

Close the lid securely and choose the "Rice" function.

Once cooking is complete, add the seasonings and mix well. The dish is ready to be served.
