Pudding Cheesecake

Ingredients
Cream Cheese (at room temperature)250g
Eggs2pcs
Cake flour30g
Sugar70g
Pudding100g
Steps
1.
After the cream cheese has reached room temperature, whisk it until it becomes smooth.
2.
Add sugar until it is thoroughly mixed.
3.
Add eggs twice, and mix well. Add the pudding and mix again.
4.
Sift the flour in and gently stir it in with a flour spatula.
5.
Add the batter to Mini Maifan Stone Rice Cooker and lightly tap it on the table to release the trapped air.
6.
Tighten the lid and press the “Rice” button.
7.
After cooking, let the cake rest in the pot for 15 minutes. Take out the cake and freeze before serving.
