Honey-glazed Sweet Potato

Ingredients
2 sweet potatoesabout 250g
honey2 tbsp
sugar2 tbsp
soy sauce1 tbsp
mirin1 tbsp
butter (softened) 15g
water50 ml
Steps
1.
Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into slices.
2.
In a large bowl, soak the sweet potatoes in water for 10 minutes. Drain it.
3.
Put the sweet potatoes and all the seasonings into the Mini Maifan Stone Rice Cooker . Combine and mix well.
4.
Close the lid and press the “Rice” button.
5.
When finished, open the lid. Serve the sweet potatoes on a plate.
6.
Sprinkle with black sesame for extra flavour (optional).
