Steps

Slice the King Oyster Mushroom, pat cornstarch and flour onto the mushroom slices, remove excess powder in sieve, then brush egg wash onto mushroom, sprinkle oil and put into rotisserie basket of Mini Multifunctional Steam Grill Oven.

Rotisserie speedfry the mushroom slices at 190℃ for 20 minutes.

Take out the slices, sprinkle five-spice salt, place on dish and ready to serve.
Tips:
Version with egg tastes better but will soften and become moist again after setting aside for a while. Eggless version is shrunk more and crispy. It is worth removing excess cornstarch and flour in a sieve, and it tastes good to sprinkle five-spice salt after cooking.
