Cold Potato Noodles

Ingredients
Korean potato noodles130 g
Enoki mushrooms40 g
Long green pepper (julienned)1
Long red pepper (julienned)1
Carrot (julienned)1
Shiitake mushrooms (soaked in water until tender, julienned)3
egg1
sesame seeds1/2 tsp
Seasoning
Salt1/5 Tsp
White Pepper Powder1/5 Tsp
Grated Garlic1 Tsp
Sesame Oil1 Tbsp
Steps

Beat the eggs, season with salt and mix well. Apply sesame oil evenly on the bottom of Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add the beaten eggs and fry into omelet under medium heat. Cut into thin strips and set aside.

Heat water using "boil" function of the Multifunctional Health Cooker and bring it to a boil. Cook vermicelli for 4 minutes. Remove from water and rinse with cold water. Drain and set aside.

Heat up sesame oil using "Fry" function of the Multifunctional Health Cooker. Add enoki mushrooms, green peppers, red peppers, carrots and mushrooms. Stir-fry until fragrant.
4.
Stir in vermicelli. Add seasonings and mix well. Remove from cooker and add in egg strips and sesame seeds. Done.
