Sous Vide Salmon
More than 60 min
Sliced the salmon into pieces(Approximate 140g each) and seasons it with olive oil.
Use the Slow Cook Circulator to cook it in 48℃ for 10 minutes.
Fried the garlic, ginger with olive oil. Add the mushroom and cook it until it soften.
Mix the mushroom and chicken stock and cook it. Add the butter after it.
Fried the salmon in both sides for 15 seconds.
Plate the salmon and mushroom in 4 dishes, serve.
