Steps

Season both sides of the steak with black pepper and salt.

Place the steak, spring onion, garlic, and butter into a vacuum bag, seal tightly, and remove the air.
3.
Put the sealed bag into a container filled with water. Cook at about 60°C until medium (around 50% doneness) using the WiFi Smart SOUS VIDE PRO Cooker.
4.
Once cooked, take out the steak and pan-sear both sides until lightly browned.
