Ingredients(Yield: 3-4 servings)
200g plain flour
100g bread flour
5 whisked eggs
15g olive oil
1,000ml chicken stock
4 shiitake mushrooms
100g Jinhua ham (shredded)
Add flours and salt into the kneading chamber of the Automatic Dough & Noodle Maker. Close the lid. Press “Knead” to make dough. Mix well.
After kneading for 30 seconds, gently pour in 3 whisked eggs and olive oil through the hole of the Top Cover.
Once dough is ready, remove the slat and press “Extrude” to make noodles.
Turn on the Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker and select “Pan Fry” function, add 2 whisked eggs and pan fry to egg sheet. Cut into strips. Set aside.
Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker select “Boil” function, bring water to a boil. Cook noodles for 1 minute and remove.
Auto-Power Switch Multifunctional Health Cooker select “Boil” function, bring chicken stock to a boil. Add vegetables and noodles. Cook for 2 minutes. Dish up.
Add shredded Jinhua ham and egg strips. Serve.
