Halloween Chocolate Cake

Ingredients(Yield: 4-6 cakes)
40g cake flour (sifted)
17g cocoa powder (sifted)
4 egg yolks
2 egg whites
25g unsalted butter
4-6 pieces digestive biscuits
200g compound chocolate chips
White chocolate as desired
1 7-inch tall rectangular cake mould
Beat egg yolks and 50g sugar with the Electric Hand Mixer until pale yellow. Set aside.
Beat egg whites with the Electric Hand Mixer until foamy. Add 20g sugar and continue to beat until stiff to egg white form.
Add egg white foam into egg yolk mixture in batches. Fold gently with spatula. Stir in cake flour and cocoa powder in batches.
