Stir Fried Shrimps with Mango and Milk

Pine Nuts50 g
Egg White4 pc
Whipping Cream200 ml
Corn Starch1 tbsp
Put all ingredients for the milk mixture into the Professional High Speed Food Processor. Blend well.
Dice the mangoes. Soak in warm water and set aside.
Stir fry the shrimps using the Automatic IH Stir Fryer. When the shrimps are cooked, put in the milk mixture and mangoes. Stir fry until 80% cooked.
Place onto a plate. Sprinkle pine nuts on top. Serve.
