Stewed Yellow Croaker with Pickled Mustard Green

Pickled Mustard Green
Cut the bean threads into sections. Set aside.
Soak the pickled mustard green in water. Rinse to remove sand. Set aside.
Marinate the yellow croaker. Saute in the IH Pressure Rice Cooker with its lid open using the "Grill" function.
Add pickled mustard green, stock and seasonings. Simmer with the fish.
Lastly, put in the bean threads and cook until tender. Reduce the sauce and serve.
