Grilled Scallops with High-Fiber Spaghetti
Edible Bamboo Charcoal Powder
Use the “Fine” setting of the Healthy Rice Bran Miller to mill some rice bran.
Add the rice bran, bamboo charcoal powder, flour, egg, water, oil and salt into the Automatic Dough & Noodle Maker. Press “Knead”.
When the mixture has become a dough, press “Extrude” for fan-dried, al dente spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti in hot water for 45 seconds, then transfer to a plate.
Grill the scallops with the Halogen Cooking Pot. Put the scallops on the cooked spaghetti, then sprinkle with some toasted rice bran.
