Spicy Zhenjiang Chicken Wings

Steps

Place the chicken wings in a Korean MEGASTONE Non-stick Pan. Sear over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown, then remove and set aside.
2.
In a small bowl, mix the chilies and all the seasonings together. Pour the mixture into the pan and simmer briefly.
3.
Return the chicken wings to the pan. Turn to high heat and toss until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the wings. Serve hot!
Tips:
Use kitchen shears to snip the chicken wings between the two bones. This not only allows the sauce to penetrate better but also makes them much easier to eat.
