Whipped Cream Puffs

When it comes to light desserts, cream puffs are a must! Once the low-sugar dough is baked and filled with airy whipped cream, these delicate puffs are ready to enjoy. Sweet but not heavy, adding a touch of elegance to any afternoon tea.
Ingredients
Flour60g
Unsalted Butter40g
Eggs2
Water100ml
Whipped cream
Steps
1.
Prepare a large pot, add water and butter, heat and mix well.

Add flour, turn off the heat, and stir into a dough. Transfer to a bowl.
3.
Beat 3 eggs into egg liquid, pour into the dough and mix well until the batter forms an “inverted triangle” (when lifted with a spatula, the batter flows down forming an inverted triangle shape).
4.
Put the batter into a piping bag and pipe round shapes onto parchment paper.
5.
Place into the "Turbo Convection" Air-Fry Microwave Steam Grill Oven, bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
6.
Cut the puff horizontally in half, pipe in whipped cream, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Done.
