Milk50 ml

Steps

Beat together sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and eggs until well combined.

Add milk and mix, then fold in cake flour to form a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into small foil cups.
4.
Bake in the "Turbo Convection" Air-Fry Microwave Steam Grill Oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.

Remove and serve once cooled slightly.
