Korean Mayak Eggs are high in protein and easy to prepare — no advanced cooking skills required!
Ingredients

Mirin1 tablespoon
Soy sauce100ml
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Mushrooms4 dried shiitake
Marinade
Minced garlic4 tablespoons
Onion 1/2
Chopped green onions 3 tablespoons
Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
White sesame 2 tablespoons
Steps

First, prick the eggs with an egg skewer, place them in the Express Egg Cooker, add water to the "soft-boiled egg" level, and let it sit for about 8 minutes.

Immediately chill the eggs after cooking to make them easier to peel.

Add the "sauce ingredients" to the pot and simmer for 12 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, and let cool.

Once cooled, add the "soaking ingredients" and soak the eggs in the broth. Refrigerate for up to one day.
