Matcha Coffee Toast

The rich blend of matcha and coffee paired with crispy toast makes for a perfect treat—whether you're indulging solo or serving guests!
Ingredients (for 4 bread rolls):
Bread 4rolls
Butter60g (softened at room temperature)
Egg1
Icing sugar70g
Flour70g
Matcha powder 1 tsp
Water20ml
Instant coffee powder1.5 tsp
Steps

Mix butter, eggs, icing sugar, and flour until smooth, then divide into two portions.

Matcha Version: Mix matcha powder with 20ml of water. Add to one portion of the batter and mix thoroughly.
Coffee Version: Mix instant coffee powder with 20ml of water. Add to the other portion of the batter and mix thoroughly.

Place each batter in a piping bag and pipe out any pattern you like on the buns (you can draw anything you like!).
4.
Place in a Healthy Speedfry Oven and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Done!
