Choice of Extraction

All new German Pool super slim Wall Mount Range Hood features two methods of extraction – “outdoor ventilation” and “internal recirculation”. External ventilation is suitable for kitchens with normal ventilation pipes, while internal recirculation is ideal for kitchens that do not have access to outdoor ventilation.

Kitchen with Vent

External Ventilation

Simply attach exhaust pipe to the outdoor to directly expel fumes. Connect the exhaust pipe from the top of the range hood to the kitchen window, and directly expel the greasy fumes outdoors.

Kitchen without vent

Internal Recirculation

No exhaust pipe required. Greasy fumes get sucked in and then passed through stainless steel filter and double activated carbon filters. The cleaned air will be recirculated out via the front of the hood.

Equipped with a 5-layer stainless steel grease-lock filter and double activated carbon filters, greasy fumes are locked and filtered clean, keeping your kitchen air, hair and clothes smelling fresh and clean even after cooking.

Adjustable FumeGuide Glass

Adjustable clear FumeGuide class panel in front of the range hood helps block greasy fumes from escaping, guiding the fume into the range hood; when stir-frying, extend the glass panel fully to trap in greasy fumes; when simmering, pull the glass inwards to concentrate guiding steam into the range hood.

How to reduce oil leakage of my Range Hood?
Check if the oil collection cup is full. Keep the range hood running for 10 minutes after cooking. Also, clean the aluminum filter regularly.
The light is on but the fan/motor is not running. Why?
Remove any obstruction from the fan wheel may just solve the problem. Or if there is a burnt fuse, damaged motor or other broken part, contact a licensed technician for a repair or replacement.
There is vibration in the Range Hood. What is going on?
Vibration is often due to loose mounting or damaged turbine. Retighten the unit; if turbine is damaged, seek professional repair or replacement.
There is air return of the range hood. Why?
Air blocked by air damper at exhaust outlet causes air return.
The performance of my Range Hood does not seem to be very satisfactory. Why and how can I improve it
Your Range Hood may have been installed at a position that is too high or distant from the source of fumes. Contact a licensed technician to re-position it.
The Range Hood or its light does not turn on after I switch on the power, what should I do?
First, make sure whether the power is properly connected. If so, check and see if the light bulb needs a replacement. If the power cable is torn or not appropriately connected, contact a licensed technician to repair or replace it.
Why does my range hood operate at one speed and not at another?
Malfunction of the on/off switch or improper connection of the circuit can be the cause of this problem. Contact a licensed technician for a repair or replacement.
Why is there sounds come out from the Range Hood?
If there is "V" sound come out from Range Hood, Inspection can be arranged to check the motor.
